I know you don't remember me, but you removed a skin cancer from the side of my nose. I jokingly asked you to make me beautiful. My nose looks wonderful! You have to look very carefully to see you incision. I am very happy and pleased with my nose. You and your staff treated me with so much care. I really appreciate it. A young lady at the entrance greeted me in such a friendly manner that the expression on her face, her posture, and her words caught my attention. The instructions are also striking: "you may bathe", "please try to stop smoking", "we would prefer", "please perform a few days", "please be patient as you heal." And finally, "We wish you a speedy recovery." These instructions come from doctors and nurses who are authorities in dermatology. Yet, they are delightfully modest.
Not only were the staff very kind and caring, but are a real credit to their profession. I was very impressed with the way they relate to their patients. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything to us. Your staff is very wonderful. You should be very proud of them.
