In addition to Mohs surgery, we offer Comprehensive Skin Cancer & Dermatologic Care at AMSD, including skin cancer screenings, biopsies, non-Mohs excisions, curettage, and topical therapy for cancers that may not need Mohs surgery.  These services are provided by Shelby Coplen, PA-C, Taylor Foxworthy, PA-C, and Tabitha Bayne, PA-C:  three highly-trained and experienced Physician Assistants who previously practiced together and then joined our team in 2024-26. Shelby, Taylor, and Tabitha are also experts in the treatment of rashes, psoriasis, rosacea, and acne. I guess that is what makes your so special. And for all the phone calls you have made, checking on me after surgeries, that means the world to me. I just hope you and your staff realize how special you are to me and my family. Without you, this journey might not have lasted this long. Thanks for everything in helping me fight this disease.

Thank you so very much for taking such exceptional care of me. I was quite nervous being on the other side of the surgery. You completely put my mind at ease.

In my observation, it is clear very little goes on in your office without distinct deliberation.  It seems you have an exact process for everything – from the knock on the door while a patient is waiting to the language on the handout being exact, engaging, and grammatically correct.  You are not only an outstanding surgeon, but an outstanding businessman/ manager/etc.  It shows in your office and in your people.

I would like to thank Dr. Dhir who is as good as it gets in giving patient care. In this day and time when health care is criticized for various reasons, it is very refreshing to have an organization such as yours doing it the right way. Since my experience with your people, I feel very good about health care and will let others know that you are not only dedicated to your craft but are also dedicated to your patients. Thank you again for making this a very pleasant experience.

The lovely ladies at the front desk could not be more accommodating.  They make you feel comfortable and they're so pleasant!  Your surgical assistant was so incredibly professional, but warm and friendly.

We just wanted to say thank you - not only for your professionalism and expert care - but for your compassion. I've never been blessed with a more competent physician and as you know, we've seen our share. There will be a special place in heaven for you but just know for now that there are people that owe your their life - but you already have our hearts! Bless you Doc! We love you!

Thank you for the opportunity to spend time in your practice learning about Mohs surgery and more particularly the art of reconstruction. I sincerely appreciate that you tailored your teaching to my future plans. You are the only professor to have done that so far. This week has given me a great deal of insight into future standards for appropriate skin cancer treatment and management. I look forward to a day when I will be honored to call you a colleague.
