In addition to Mohs surgery, we offer Comprehensive Skin Cancer & Dermatologic Care at AMSD, including skin cancer screenings, biopsies, and non-Mohs excisions, curettage, and topical therapy for cancers that may not need Mohs surgery. These services are provided by Shelby Coplen, PA-C, and Taylor Foxworthy, PA-C - two highly-trained and experienced Physician Assistants who joined our team in 2024-25. Shelby and Taylor are also experts in the treatment of rashes, psoriasis, rosacea, and acne. Shelby is available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 am to 3:45 pm. While it's never fun to have surgery, the staff at Arizona Mohs Surgery make it the best possible experience. I hope that I'm forever cancer free but if I have to have more surgery, thanks to your team, I won't go into it with fear and trepidation.

It is a miracle to look at Gordon and not see the large, red, and very irritating sores that were there. Dr. Dhir did the surgeries…I thank God and Dr. Dhir and his assistants for their most patient, kind, and loving treatment of Gordon. He is a special person and I know God has helped us to get this far with his recovery from a most dramatic period in his life.
Obviously, every detail has been addressed in the design of your facility...richly enhanced by VERY skilled hands & friendly faces! Happy to say, the surgical site is healing beautifully...beyond expectations. I recommend your practice at every opportunity.
Just a note to thank you for being so diligent in your pursuit of skin cancer. Because you caution 'on the safe side', you were able to detect my basal cell (carcinoma) very early. I also want to thank you for referring me to Dr. Dhir. He was a dear! Thanks again for your care!
I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how happy I am concerning the care you gave me. I tend to be quite critical of everything from medical service to cereal box design. I even rate things on the traditional A to F scale. I have never rated anything an A plus but Mohs broke through!
