I feel that my surgery experience was much more pleasant than I had expected because of your expertise along with your gentle, caring nature. You can't know how much that unexpected phone call meant to me.  Comments from family and friends have been that they cannot believe that it has been only a week since the surgery when they saw my forehead. I think they consider you a magician, too!! I hope I never need this type of surgery again but will not be concerned. Thank you.

I have been reflecting on the minor basal cell surgery that you performed on me yesterday.  I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and expertise of you and your staff, and the quality of your facilities.  I will gladly recommend you and your facility to my family and friends.  Again, thank you for helping me to feel comfortable and reassured during the stressful time.

I wanted to thank you and your staff for taking such good care of me when I visited the surgery center. I was happy to be treated so kindly and really appreciate that your nurses went out of their way to make me comfortable and help accommodate me with my modesty / religious preferences. Thank you.

In my observation, it is clear very little goes on in your office without distinct deliberation.  It seems you have an exact process for everything – from the knock on the door while a patient is waiting to the language on the handout being exact, engaging, and grammatically correct.  You are not only an outstanding surgeon, but an outstanding businessman/ manager/etc.  It shows in your office and in your people.

Thank you so much for taking extra time out of your busy schedule to give us answers to our questions and concerns. You treated us like how I wish all patients could be treated in the health care system today. Thank you for your wonderful handiwork. EH was in the best of hands.

Just a note to thank you for being so diligent in your pursuit of skin cancer. Because you caution 'on the safe side', you were able to detect my basal cell (carcinoma) very early. I also want to thank you for referring me to Dr.  Dhir. He was a dear! Thanks again for your care!
