Protecting Your Health

Arizona Mohs Surgery & Dermatology undertakes additional precautions to protect the health and safety of our patients.

To protect the health and safety of our community, we ask that you:

  1. Please inform us if you have had known exposure to, or have tested positive for, COVID-19, in the two weeks prior to your scheduled surgical appointment with us.
  2. Prior to arrival at our office, please inform us if you or anyone in your household have had any of the following symptoms in the last 7 days: fever > 100.0 F, chills, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches, new onset loss of smell or taste. If so, we may ask you to see your primary care physician and reschedule surgery with us.
